About:

It is Seventh month of desi calendar, this month coincides with September and October. It is 30 days long, start from 15th September and end at 14th October. During this month, in Punjab the season is moderate, the temperature is reasonable and rains are subsiding. Gradually decreasing cloud cover, length of the day decreasing gradually and the nights are becoming longer and cooler.

The month of Assu tells us the end of fall and start of the winter. All the seeds and cuttings start sprouting and seeds become seedlings. Many flowers bloom in this season. Winter plants are going to available in this month. The first product is a seasonal flower and that is Marigold which blooms in this month, and it is very beautiful flower that bloom till March.
