Scientific Name: Ajuga Reptans.
Common Name: Neel Kanthi, Kharbanei
Description: Bugleweed form colonies of rosettes of dark green oval leaves in damp meadows or woodlands. It produces short spikes of blue, or occasionally pink or white, flowers on stems up to 30 cm long and uses stolons to spread.
Uses: People use the parts that grow above the ground for medicine. Bugleweed is used to lower high levels of thyroid hormones.

Soil Requirement	Bugleweed prefers medium moisture, well-drained soils with a good amount of organic matter. It will tolerate moderately dry soil.
