Impatiens (گلِ حنا)


  • Scientific Name: Impatiens Walleriana
  • Common Name: Touch Me Not, Bizzy Lizzy, Jewelweed, Snapweed 
  • Description: It has no equal. It is a bushy, succulent-stemmed tender perennial that grows in a spreading mound to 6-24” tall depending on variety.
  • Uses: They work well for edging shady beds, mass plantings under trees, window boxes or hanging basckets.

Soil Requirement Impatiens prefer humus-rich, moist, and well-drained soil. Make sure the plants have some shelter from the wind.
Envoirnment They grow best in partial shade and but tolerate full shade and full sun well.
Watering Supplying about 1 inch of water once a week is usually enough, but the plants may require more frequent watering if the soil dries out more quickly.
