  • Description: Citrus plants are typically evergreen trees or shrubs with glossy oval-shaped leaves. It grows up to 20 to 25 ft high and have round canopy. The flowers are usually white with five petals and are very fragrant.

Soil Requirement  Orange trees prefer sandy soil, especially of a type called high hammock or high pineland soil that drains well and doesn’t hold water for any length of time
Environment  Mandarin love our cool winters and warm summers.  It do best if temperature range from 13 to 37 degrees celsius.
Watering  It requires an average 1.5 inches of water each week. With ground-planted citrus trees, watering should happen about once a week, whether from rainfall or manually. Be sure the area has excellent drainage and that you soak the ground deeply at each watering. If the drainage is poor, the tree will get too much water.
